Adam Koch has been in the real estate construction and investing industry since 2010. He has a managerial and marketing background achieving his Bachelor of Science in Business from Carlson School of Management. He has done a very wide variety of projects ranging from interior remodels to complex renovations with extensive structural changes. He also has extensive experience in building custom homes around the Twin Cities.
In his spare time, he loves traveling with family and watching his kid’s activities. He also gets enjoyment from house and yard projects around the house. He has 3 kids (hence the name “Trio”) and in 2021 with much kid influence added a Maui, our golden retriever, to the family.
Community Service and Volunteering
Adam currently offers up to 10 hours per month for volunteering handyman maintenance and chore services for single moms and/or widows and/or individuals dealing with or have spouses dealing with illnesses. This is on a first come first serve and need basis. Please use the contact section to be put on the schedule and check availability.
